Communicare Services
Communicare is a database developed to gather and collate community health data, that can then be used to monitor the health and welfare of the community as a whole. The data allows Kambu Medical Centre to give the community a regular ‘health check’. It also helps to automate the process of follow-up appointments, and therefore ensure that the best possible care is provided to all clients.
The database already has more than 2,500 people profiled and statistics are available to monitor trends and also the positive effects we have on the clients through intervention, prevention and treatment.
